Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every Toulane purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us at info@toulane.com before placing your order.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment and processed within 10 to 45 days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your package.
Return conditions — all of the following must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging
- Original manufacturer packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All original items and documentation must be included
- A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be included in the return package
Toulane reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however you may return it for a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy above.
