Our natural formulas are gentle enough for sensitive skin and have been loved by customers with reactive and delicate skin types for years. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Every single Toulane product is 100% vegan — meaning no animal-derived ingredients are ever used. We are also proudly cruelty-free and never test on animals at any stage of our production process. We believe real beauty should never come at the expense of another living being.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE over AED 100. For international shipping outside the UAE, we handle each request personally to ensure you get the best available rate. Simply email us at info@toulane.com with your location and the products you are interested in, and we will get back to you with shipping options and costs as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every Toulane product you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@toulane.com with your order number and we will take care of you right away.

How long does delivery take?

UAE orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. During peak periods such as Eid and holiday seasons, please allow a little extra time. You will always receive a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
