Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — all Toulane products are carefully formulated with pure botanical ingredients and contain no harsh chemicals, parabens, mineral oils or synthetic fragrances.
Our Charcoal Soap and Blooming Bliss Face Oil are particularly loved by customers managing post-Accutane recovery, eczema, and reactive skin.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Every Toulane product is 100% vegan — no animal-derived ingredients, ever. We are cruelty-free and never test on animals at any stage. Our formulas are also free from parabens, mineral oils, and synthetic fragrances.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE over AED 100. For international shipping outside the UAE, we handle each request personally to ensure you get the best available rate. Simply email us at info@toulane.com with your location and the products you are interested in, and we will get back to you with shipping options and costs as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every Toulane product you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@toulane.com with your order number and we will take care of you right away.

How long does delivery take?

UAE orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. During peak periods such as Eid and holiday seasons, please allow a little extra time. You will always receive a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Are your ingredients organic?

Our key ingredients are sourced from trusted organic suppliers — including cold-pressed Palestinian olive oil, the ingredient at the heart of our brand. Every ingredient is chosen for purity, effectiveness, and skin compatibility. We never use parabens, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, or unnecessary fillers. Where are your products made?

Our formulas are rooted in Palestinian heritage ingredient knowledge — particularly cold-pressed olive oil — combined with what we've learned about what skin actually needs.
